This is what I made for my friend, Laura (aka ‘Lolly’) because she was going overseas (and because she’s such a lovely, generous person I adore making and buying her pretty things). It’s a passport holder made of felt and hand-stitched, with velcro at the side. :)

My books arrived today. Along with my Listography journal (which gives me all sorts of lovely lists to fill in) I got a blank journal titled Fuck You and Your Blog (priceless!) and Living Out Loud by Keri Smith, which gives me all sorts of ideas for (living and) journalling. Aready started filling in random lists in the Listography book. Can’t wait to start journalling with the others! So exciting! :)

The CWA Cookbook is seriously the best cookbook ever! I decided to make use of some brown bananas in my fridge and turn them into a banana cake. I sourced my recipe from that book and resulted in the most delicious and moist banana cake ever (in spite of a most detested oven)! Added some cream cheese frosting and had a most enjoyable afternoon tea. The perfect way to end a day of pampering. :)

I know I’ve mentioned I love themed packages and gifts. Decided to take some snaps of the fairy tea party themed gift I put together for a friend (namely Cheshire Kitten). Not sure if she’ll see this post but in the chance she does I won’t show a proper photo of it, just a sneak peak because I love it’s fairy-ness. I also made her a card to go with it. May show off these pics after her birthday next month. :)
Was this seriously the best word they could come up with?? I had to check it in the answers to see if it was correct. This seriously hurts my intellect if this is how basic their puzzles are. I’m never buying that brand of puzzle book again!!
